TOWN HOUSE UNITS
Each of the three
town house units is located on the first and second floors and opens up
directly onto the Sea Star’s wrap-around veranda and private section of
beach. On the first floor are the dining room/living room with sleep sofa,
the kitchen, a half bath, and a utility closet. On the second floor are
two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two twin beds.
Also on the second floor are the full bath and laundry facilities.
PENTHOUSE UNITS
Each of the two penthouses is located on the third floor, accessible via a
private staircase. Each penthouse contains two bedrooms, one with a king
size bed, the other with two twin beds; a dining room/ living room with
sleep sofa; full kitchen; one full bath and laundry facilities with
utilities and linen closet. The first floor wrap-around veranda and private
beach with picnic area are shared with all guests of the Sea Star.
