About the Boathouse Cottage

At the Boathouse Cottage, the six spacious bedrooms are newly decorated to provide a charming, casual, nautical cottage atmosphere for vacation living. The large living room, suitable for the whole household, has a color cable T.V. with DVD. The wrap-around sun parlor is complete with a game table, assorted popular board and table games, a cozy daybed, overstuffed chairs and a panoramic oceanfront view. A separate dining room provides seating for the whole household. The fully equipped kitchen contains coordinated china service for twenty, all pots, pans and cooking utensils.

It has a four burner gas stove with a large oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with filters, hand mixer, dishwasher, and telephone. Laundry facilities, located on the first floor, consist of a jumbo washer and dryer. There are three complete bathrooms with footed tub, shower, and tub and shower.

The oceanfront picnic area adjacent to the veranda includes picnic tables, a gas grill, wood fire pit and all necessary BBQ grilling utensils. The charming oceanfront veranda has relaxing, cushioned

wicker patio furniture. You’ll enjoy a refreshing, sunny outdoor rinse or shower and shampoo when returning from swimming, fishing or sunbathing on the beach in the outdoor shower.
